Self Evaluation
“I was part of a group which looked into the film The Dark Knight, we researched the production, exhibition, distribution and pre-production of the film, we decided amongst ourselves which area each of us will take Sarah chose distribution while Nick chose pre-production and I chose exhibition we all decided to work and add our own part to production. We used a variety of websites some more effective than others and placed all our research onto a Prezi file which each of us could access.”
“I found our group work well together we recommended websites and ideas to help with the other persons section, also the information found was useful and relevant to the titles, the presentation on Nick’s section is very clear he has discovered a variety of media for the film with the use of images and clips while the research done by Sarah is detailed the images found are interesting.
However I believe I could of included more information for exhibition while I mainly used references such as reviews and articles maybe having diagrams and charts would of been the best way to represent the figures made by the film. I included the trailers and analysis of the trailers which are located in the production section of our Prezi, I also included all the information on the exhibition page.
Overall the task was interesting as it gave you the insight to the film industry and the crucial climb to have a successful film and for the work to be recognised.
